A unique dessert that pampers the palate.

You need

  • 5 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 200 g curd cheese
  • vanilla
  • lemon
  • 60 g egg white
  • 30 g sugar



Stir the curd cheese with the egg yolk, honey, poppy seed, vanilla and the lemon.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and fold into the curd mixture.

Spray the moulds with butter and separating fat and roll in sugar.
Fill up to half the mixture and bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes in a water bath.
