Your stay
- Discount for children on request
- Rooms can be kept free only until 18.00, if later arrival is not notified.
- Departure: Please vacate the rooms by 11.00 a.m. at the latest.
- Arrival: The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 o’clock.
- Garage: per day € 30
- Prices are valid from a minimum stay of 4 days
- Credit cards: EC, Visa and Mastercard (for external services we charge the KK – commission as for example for ski passes, ski school, cash etc.)
- In case of cancellation, the Austrian hotel regulations come into force.

- Pets are NOT allowed
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation conditions come into effect:
- up to 3 months before arrival – no fee
- until 2 -1 month before arrival – 40% of the total price
- up to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the total price
- until the day of arrival and no-show and early departure – 100% of the total price
In principle, the Austrian hotel regulations come into force!
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance!
